Palia Pal — the Grimalkin Cartel community hub — and its accompanying source code, assets, and documentation (the “Software”) are the proprietary work of the Palia Pal project owner (“the Owner”). The Software is provided for the operation of the Palia Pal community hub and its associated Discord bot only.

1. Permitted Use

You may view and reference this source code for personal, educational, and non-commercial evaluation purposes.

2. Restrictions

Without the prior written permission of the Owner, you may not:

copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software or any substantial part of it;
use the Software, in whole or in part, to operate a competing or derivative community hub, bot, or service;
sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software;
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

3. Trademarks

“Palia Pal”, “Grimalkin Cartel”, and associated logos and marks are the property of the Owner. Nothing in this license grants any right to use these marks.

4. Third-Party & Game Content

Palia Pal is an unofficial, fan-made community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Singularity 6 or Palia. “Palia” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Any Palia game data displayed is used for informational, community purposes only and remains the property of its respective owners.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the Owner be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Software.
